Zanera Global Rules

1. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION

a) Repeating messages excessively or using nonsensical text or formatting may lead to the SUSPENSION of your account(s).

b) Insults, racism, harassment related to sexual or drug topics, or generally any improper message will lead to the SUSPENSION of your account(s).

c) Messages that support or incite breaking our rules will lead to the SUSPENSION of your account(s).

2. DELETION

a) Manipulating the official client or using additional programs to play will lead to the DELETION of your account(s).

b) Intentionally giving incorrect information in rule-breaking reports, bug abuse, complaints, or support requests will lead to the DELETION of your account(s).

c) Publishing false information or organizing a boycott against Zanera Global or its services will lead to the DELETION of your account(s).

d) Pretending to be a representative of Zanera Global or claiming legitimate powers will lead to the DELETION of your account(s).

e) Exploiting bugs may lead to suspension or DELETION of your account(s).

f) Stealing accounts or personal data from other players will lead to the DELETION of your account(s).

g) Attacking or damaging the services and operation of Zanera Global will lead to the DELETION of your account(s) and suspension of your IP(s).

h) Promoting your content or using Zanera Global's services for any kind of advertisement will be punished with DELETION of your account(s) and suspension of your IP(s).

i) Inappropriate behavior, self-promotion, or posting false information as well as any rule violation on any of our social networks will be punished with the DELETION of your account(s).

j) Names that are insulting, racist, sexually related, drug-related, harassing or generally objectionable, advertise brands, products or services of third parties, content which is not related to the game or trades for real money, express religious or political views, support, incite, announce or imply a violation of the Zanera Global rules will be punished with the DELETION of your account(s).

3. GENERAL

a) There are no compensations of any kind for in-game death losses, re-rolls, or database crashes.

b) Due to the nature of virtual goods, there is no refund policy for purchases. Any chargeback or refund attempt will lead to the DELETION of your account(s).
